OVERACHIEVE SALES GOALS THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
We are currently seeking for a key player who will allow us to push the Robotiq sales even further. Based in his/her territory, the Channel Sales Manager’s main objective will be to develop, manage and foster the Midwestern USA distribution network in order to exceed established sales targets.
Understand reseller capabilities, capacities, interest and commitment to achieve growth, and build plans accordingly;
Provide and plan training for key people to ensure they are mastering Robotiq’s technologies and sales process/techniques;
Perform rigorous and frequent funnel/opportunity reviews;
Contribute to define and follow-up on the execution of all sales plans and accompany the reseller in various sales activities and events (e.g. seminars);
Profile and evaluate actual resellers and define/operate action plans to get the non-performing on the right track or to replace them;
Find, evaluate and sign new resellers on non-covered territories or for those need replacing and operate a quick and efficient onboarding for the new ones;
Be in constant contact with the different stakeholders, developing a perfect knowledge of the market and of his/her territory;
Work in close relationship with Robotiq’s HQ team, more specifically with the assigned Inside Sales Specialist.
Experience in sales channel management (in a manufacturing environment)
Experience in technical and complex sales is a major asset;
Availability to travel on a frequent basis on his(her) territory and to Robotiq’s HQ located in Quebec city at least on a quarterly basis ;
Result oriented with a demonstrated ability to effectively drive and implement channel programs through distribution organizations;
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and presentation skills;
Creative with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills;
Without being a specialist, having an interest and general knowledge/experience in a technological environment is a must.
