Job Goals:
SUPPORT OUR CLIENTS THROUGHOUT THEIR ROBOTIC CELL INTEGRATION PROCESS
We are currently looking for the next reference in collaborative robotics to fill a new job opening at Robotiq. The person sought will support the internal team as well as our partners and clients throughout their robotic cell integration process, prior to, during and after the sale. The job is based in Quebec.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting partners and clients in their integration project
- Performing demos and proofs of concept during integration projects
- Testing and developing new applications
- Answering questions of potential usage, application, integration and installation of our products and interrelated robots in an industrial context
- Supporting the Robotiq sales team throughout the sales process by answering technical questions
- Populating the DoF web platform by sharing technical knowledge, answering questions from members, etc.
- Training technical specialists at our partners’ premises
- Attending expos and sales events
Candidate profile:
- Relevant work experience and expertise in robotics (integration, installation, programming, training, etc.)
- Degree in mechanical engineering, automated production, robotics or any interrelated domain
- Availability to travel on a regular basis in China on a frequent basis (up to 1-2 weeks per month)
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, proactivity, result-orientation, organization, interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English & French, Chinese is a strong asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
