Deliver above sales targets for APAC.
- Responsible for all sales activities in the territory which include:
- Hire, onboard and train new APAC-based Channel Sales Managers (CSMs are responsible for sales results within a given group of resellers);
- Assist, train and coach actual CSMs in order for them to perform adequately
- Make sure the sales team has all the resources and capability to reach their goals
Define and operate yearly and quarterly territory sales and operational plan aligned with business objectives;
Identify needs for local presence such as offices or training facilities.
- Present business case for local presence
- Drive the project to setup the local presence with a team to manage the project
- Oversee office operations and P&L for that office
Develop and maintain a perfect knowledge of the market and territory.
- Understand competitive landscape specific to each region in the territory.
- Identify and leverage market opportunities specific to each region in the territory.
