We are currently looking for a senior integration coach to fill a full-time permanent position.
The success of our sales force, our partners and our strategic clients is due, among other factors, to the know-how of our integration coaches. That contribution is beneficial throughout the process of creating robotic systems and makes all the difference for their users.
Reporting to the support manager, the senior integration coach will be sharing his knowledge with peers, provide support to the inside team as well as to our partners and strategic clients throughout the creative process of their robotic system, prior to, during, and following the sale.
Main Responsibilities:
Internal coaching and support:
- Assist Robotiq in reaching its sales targets by answering the sales force’s technical questions, by carrying out proof of concept demonstrations and by contributing to the team’s efforts during promotional events.
- Work to understand client needs and requirements to assist the sales team in arriving at optimal solutions.
- Promote client experience by making recommendations in light of tests, analyses and assessments of new functions or products.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the engineering team.
- Advise and coach the support team when faced with complex technical issues.
- Working closely with the manager, the engineering department and peers, ensure that the support department enhances its independence and expertise in matters involving problem-solving of issues with greater complexity, notably by sharing knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.
Partner and client support:
- Promote our robotic products and applications within the community to contribute to brand awareness, thereby participating in the sales effort.
- Contribute to our partners’ complete independence by providing them with technical expertise, helping them to have a better understanding of products or applications, thereby assisting them in further developing their selling and support abilities.
- Guide and advise clients and/or partners in matters concerning the purchase, installation and use of products and application solutions.
- Provide on-site or remote support to clients and/or partners on issues involving advanced utilization or complex problems.
Candidate profile:
THE DESIRED PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in software or other relevant engineering or equivalent experience
- At least five (5) years of experience in automation/integration, advanced technical support
- Possess the following skill sets: rapid prototyping, creation of robot content and programming
- Coaching experience
- Familiarity with Solidworks software or equivalent
- Pragmatism, precision, focus on customer service and resourcefulness
- Travel flexibility and availability
- Spoken and written fluency in French and English.
