We are currently looking for an e-learning project manager, to develop Robotiq's online training content and programs, and to pilot its platform. This is a permanent full-time position, with the possibility of teleworking.

You will work closely with the marketing team, engineers and robots;), in order to impart knowledge to better use and sell our products, thereby concretely contributing to Robotiq's mission: Freeing human hands from repetitive tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
YOUR DAILY WITH US:
You start your day in the comfort of your home chatting with your colleagues on the marketing team during your daily morning video conference meeting via Google Hangouts, and since it's Monday, you do the planning of the week (Sprint Planning) with Trello.
You then take a moment with your product marketing colleagues to analyze training needs in order to develop a production schedule for the next shift.
Like every Monday morning, you take a look at the statistics of the elearning platform in order to take the pulse of users following the posting of the latest training capsules.
You then join a videoconference with the web developer to see how you could improve the user experience by making it easier to access the platform and make it better run on different pages of the website.
It's lunchtime, it's sunny, and that's good because there's a pizza dinner at the office! You join your team (dynamic, committed and entertaining) and you take the opportunity to spend the afternoon at the office and chat a little with your colleagues.
When you return from lunch, you join your supervisor (dynamic, friendly and attentive) to present your production plan for the next shift, and discuss with her the new directions you want to put in place for training.
You then join the product expert who is the presenter of the capsule you are currently working on in order to film a final sequence and a bit of B-Roll.
On your return to your office, you go through the cafeteria to pick up some fruit. Good thing because Sam (our CEO and co-founder, approachable, attentive and friendly) is at the coffee machine and you wanted to get his feedback on an idea you would like to develop.
Back at your desk, you collect all the material and revise your storyboard because you plan to start editing tomorrow.
As the day draws to a close, you might as well end it on a high note with a workout at the gym, then a good shower before leaving for home.
You leave with your computer because the rest of the week you plan to work at home.
It's a good start to the week!
