As the Sales Team Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales, marketing and support teams navigate through new ways of conducting business... Your approach to change management, internal communication and continuous improvement will be critical to ensure the success of the team.
Main Responsibilities:
MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE :
Identify people, teams and ecosystem's strengths, limits and challenges;
Look after team organization and impact on alignment of efforts, focus, flow, results;
Be excellent to bring back the focus and established priorities, new practices, etc.;
Guide the change, put energy where it pays off while leaving space for the people to incorporate and master the new standard;
Gauge people and situations, proactively sense and deactivate problems in the making;
Actively monitor the internal communication state and contribute to a clear/cohesive messaging;
Conduct internal feedback loops, retrospectives or other continuous improvement activities;
Facilitate hot topics stuck by divergent opinions, make sure we hear people's ideas and concerns;
Foster collaboration between people and remove impediments when necessary;
In due time (8-12 months in the mandate), participate, with some level of leadership, to hire and train a replacement for your role.
Candidate profile:
Collaborative leadership, autonomy, proactivity and excellent communications skills;
Strong facilitation experience and abilities;
Sound experience in team and people management, with distributed teams an asset;
Understanding of change management requirements and pitfalls;
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and sales contexts;
Ability to navigate through new ways of working, uncertainties and experiments;
Excellent fluency in english a must, bilingual english/french an important asset;
Flexible schedule to meet the team needs, covering the three USA time zones.
