Benefits
Do you need flexibility on your manufacturing lines? With our solution, you can set-up and reset-up quickly. It’s easy to adapt to your needs and cost-effective to do the configuration yourself.
No need to design or program the connection between the robot controller and 7th axis or box sensor; we’ve done it. All the elements included in the box are connected, so you don’t have to spend any time on this.
Set-up your application directly on the robot control device in 3 easy steps. No need for an external PC. No need for programming.
Because safety is crucial, we have built an environment for safe integration. We also support third-party safeguard devices.
Earn an ROI faster than with other cobot solutions, because of the high performance cycle time. What makes it perform so well? Optimized, synchronized motion control of the cobot and 7th axis. Plus, seamless movements also mean a longer life cycle for your cobot.
Are you working with small boxes? Do you need to reach a certain height? Our solution can pick a wide range of boxes and cover extensive heights and pallet dimensions.
The Robotiq Palletizing Solution fits easily within your existing floor plan, given its small footprint. No need to reorganize your floor layout around a central robot.

Typical installations
Here are examples of typical installations we encounter with our solution. Please see What’s in the box for details on what’s included with the Robotiq Palletizing Solution.
This palletizing cell processes two pallets at a time using the Robotiq Palletizing Solution.

Installation 1
- The input is a conveyor that brings boxes inside the fenced area.
- Fences ensure no one can get near the robot and 7th axis while it runs.
- A sliding door provides access to the pallet and palletizing system.
- For safety, the door can be fitted with a sensor that detects when it is open so that triggers the system stops.

Installation 2
- The input is a conveyor that brings boxes inside the fenced area.
- Fences ensure no one can get near the robot and 7th axis while it runs.
- A light curtain provides access to the pallet and palletizing system.
- If something passes through the light curtain, the system stops.
- Usually, a restart button must be pressed to get the system running again once someone leaves the safety zone.

Installation 3
- The input is a conveyor that brings boxes near the palletizing system.
- For safety, scanners define a safety area. If someone enters the area, the system stops.
- Here, two area scanners are used to cover all angles.

Easily validate product fit for your situation with the Configurator.
All you need are:
- Box dimensions.
- Pallet dimensions.
- Pallet pattern.
Upon entering this information, you will find out if your boxes, pallets, and patterns fall within the solution’s limits. If they do, the configurator will give you key indicators related to your application, such as how many boxes per minute can be palletized.
